Shipping policy
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days; remote PIN codes may take up to 8 days.
- A ₹49 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹599.
- All jars are bubble-wrapped and shipped in recyclable cartons.
Returns & refunds
- Under our Lifetime Freshness Guarantee, if a jar doesn't meet your expectations we'll replace it free of charge.
- For damaged-in-transit orders, share a photo within 48 hours and we'll ship a replacement.
- Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Perishable food items are not accepted for return unless damaged.
Cancellations
