Her name is Kamla Devi, but everyone calls her Daadi. Born in a small village in Rajasthan, she learned pickle-making at age 12 from her own grandmother — who learned it from hers.
In 1987, she began gifting jars to neighbours and family. Word spread — people said her aam ka achaar was unlike anything they had tasted. That love inspired everything you find in a Daadi's Jar today.
