Daadi's Story

Three generations, one terrace, and the unmistakable smell of sun-dried mangoes.

01 — The Beginning

One terrace, a lot of love.

In 1987, our grandmother — Daadi — began making pickles on the terrace of her home in Rajasthan. She sun-dried raw mangoes, hand-crushed mustard, and cured each batch the slow way — the only way she knew.

What started as jars for family and neighbours became a quiet tradition — and then a trusted name across India. Today, over 85 women artisans carry her legacy forward using the very same recipes. Nothing is automated. Nothing is rushed.
